Sandy Millsaps
Salon Owner and Stylist
Sandy Millsaps has been in the hair industry for over 35 years. In 1996 she along with her husband Luther opened Fine Reflections Salon.
Sandy is an expert in Redken color and has been trained in their products and techniques her entire career. She specializes in a variety of color services including color correction. She is certified in the Martin Parsons Design techniques for cutting.
Sandy feels blessed to be able to make a career out of making people feel good about themselves. Her favorite part of her salon is working alongside some of the most talented stylists in the business. She is always amazed at her employees abilities to adapt the latest techniques and create innovative looks for their clients.
